Lot Sealers Holdings LLC is a Florida-based asphalt maintenance contractor providing sealcoating, crack filling, line striping, asphalt patching, and related services to commercial and residential property owners in South Florida. Use of this Site is intended to facilitate inquiries and proposals only.

No service agreement is formed by submitting a contact or quote form. A binding contract is created only when both parties sign a written Service Agreement and the required deposit is received by Company.

3. Estimates & Quotes

Any estimate or quote provided through the Site or by email is not a binding offer and is subject to on-site verification, current material pricing, and availability. Prices may change without notice until a signed Service Agreement is executed.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and page layouts — is owned by or licensed to Lot Sealers Holdings LLC and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.
