I started Lot Sealers to build something real — something my family could grow up watching me pour everything into, and one day inherit. I want them to learn the meaning of true grit and persistence, stand for integrity, and do right by every person who trusts us with their property. That's the company I'm building.

I own 100% of this company — no debt, no private equity, no outside investors. That means no one can pressure me to chase margins over people. Sometimes you have to eat a cost to do the right thing, and I'll make that call every time. Mistakes happen in this business — what defines us is how we own them, fix them, and stay transparent.

That's why every parking lot we touch gets the same attention — whether it's 10 spaces or 500. The next generation deserves to inherit a reputation worth keeping, and I'm not willing to cut corners on it. I personally inspect every job alongside our project managers — from start to finish.
